New Port Engineering 12 Volt Wiper Motors for Edsel Passenger Cars

The clean wipe wiper drive is a true bolt-in replacement for your original equipment vacuum or electric windshield wiper motor.  Each model of the clean wipe wiper drive is designed for the specific year and model of the vehicle.

1958 Edsel 1st Production Edsel Ranger & Pacer that Operates with Cables (NE5801EP):

The wiper motor on the first production vehicles produced in 1958 is located on the firewall in the engine compartment and uses cables to drive the wiper transmissions.  *The stock wiper knob is not compatible with the New Port Engineering switch.  The wiper switch will not mount in the stock location, it must be relocated.*

1958 Edsel 2nd Production Edsel Ranger & Pacer that Operates with Linkage (NE5802EP):

The wiper motor on the second series production vehicles is located on the firewall in the passenger compartment and drives the wiper arms using linkage arms located in the fresh air grille.  *Stock wiper knob is not compatible with the New Port Engineering switch.  The wiper switch will not mount in the stock location, it must be relocated.*

1958 Edsel Corsair & Citation (NE5803EP):

The wiper motor for the Corsair and Citation is located on the firewall in the engine compartment and uses cables to drive the wiper transmissions.  *Stock wiper knob is not compatible with the New Port Engineering switch.  The wiper switch will not mount in the stock location, it must be relocated.*

1959 Edsel Ranger, Corsair, Pacer, & Villager (NE5901EP):

The wiper motor for all models of the 1959 Edsel is located on the firewall in the engine compartment and drives the wiper arms through linkage arms located in the passenger compartment.  *Stock wiper knob is not compatible with the New Port Engineering switch.  The wiper switch will not mount in the stock location, it must be relocated.*  Note: If you are using the stock kickdown linkage or if you are using a power brake booster, please call for assistance.

1960 Edsel Ranger & Villager (NE6001EP):

The wiper motor for all models of the 1960 Edsel is located in the passenger compartment under the dash and drives the wiper arms through a wiper transmission assembly located under the dash.  *Stock wiper knob is not compatible with the New Port Engineering switch.  The wiper switch will not mount in the stock location, it must be relocated.*
