New Port Engineering 12 Volt Wiper Motors for Buick Passenger Cars

The clean wipe wiper drive is a true bolt-in replacement for your original equipment vacuum or electric windshield wiper motor.  Each model of the clean wipe wiper drive is designed for the specific year and model of the vehicle.

  • Wiper drives attach to the stock mounting brackets
  • Designed for attachment to O.E.M. wiper transmission or cable drums
  • Our kits are 12 volt.  If your vehicle is 6 volt, you will need a power inverter or to convert your vehicle to 12 volt
  • Each kit comes complete with nylon bushings to replace the rubber grommets in the wiper transmission linkage arms (when required)

1936 Buick Passenger Cars (NE3536CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.

 

1937-1938 Buick Passenger Cars (NE3738BOP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor does not clear the stock radio.

 

1939 Buick Passenger Cars with Original Vacuum Motor Near Glove Box (NE3940BOP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will clear the stock radio.*  The original vacuum wiper motor is located near the glove box on the passenger's side of the vehicle.

 

1939 Buick Passenger Cars with Original Vacuum Motor Near Steering Column (NE3900CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  The original vacuum wiper motor is located near the steering column on the driver's side of the vehicle.

 

1940 Buick Passenger Cars with Original Vacuum Motor Near Glove Box (NE3940BOP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will clear the stock radio.*  The original vacuum wiper motor is located near the glove box on the passenger's side of the vehicle.

 

1940 Buick Passenger Cars with Original Vacuum Motor Near Steering Column (NE4000CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  The original vacuum wiper motor is located near the steering column.

 

1941 Buick Passenger Cars (NE4100CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*

 

1942-1949 Buick Series 42A, 40-60, 50-70, 46S, & 41 (NE4800CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*

 

1946-1948 Buick Series 51, 56C, 56S, 59, 71, 76C, & 76S (NE4800BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in engine compartment and operates through OEM cables.  Wiper drive features a propeller shaped drive unit that plugs into the OEM cable drive unit.

 

1949 Buick C Series & Model 59 (NE4900BOC):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.

 

1950-1954 Buick Passenger Cars (Except 1951-1953 Special & 1954 Super) (NE5054BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the flat firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.  Note: the drive bar and mounting holes are aligned on the same center line.

 

1951-1953 Buick Special (NE5300BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmission.

 

1954 Buick Super (NE5400BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location in cavity on the firewall and operates through the OEM cables.  Note: Additional mounting information is required.  Please contact us before ordering.  Please compare your vacuum unit to the picture.  Please pay close attention to the mounting holes.  They will either be straight in line with the drive tang or offset as shown.

 

1955-1956 Buick Special & Century (NE5556BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall and operates through the OEM cables.  *Note: The drive bar and one mounting hole are located on the same center line.  The second mounting hole is offset.*

 

1955-1956 Buick Super & Roadmaster (NE5556BKS):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall and operates through the OEM cables.  *Note: The drive bar and mounting holes are aligned on the same center line.*

 

1957 Buick Passenger Cars (NE5700BO):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.  The switch provided will not mount in the stock location.

 

1958 Buick Passenger Cars (NE5800BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall and operates through the OEM cables.  The switch provided will not mount in the stock location.

 

1959 Buick Passenger Cars (NE5900BK):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall and operates through the OEM cables.  The switch provided will not mount in the stock location.

 

*Shaft Extension adapts original wiper knob and bezel for stock appearing dash.*
