Direct Sheetmetal kits are made from 16 and 18 gauge, cold rolled steel, and are all hand formed in their shop.  Each part has been designed so that the average hot rod enthusiast will be able to install it themself, in their own garage or workshop.  Each kit contains mounting hardware and an easy-to-understand instruction sheet.  If you need additional help, we are always available to walk you through the installation process.  Remember, every car or truck is different, so slight trimming and reshaping of some parts may be necessary to get a correct fit.

Direct Sheetmetal Front Floorboard Kit for 1940 Chevy Passenger Car with Stock Firewall

This kit replaces the stock front floor section in 1940 Chevy passenger cars.  This floorboard kit is for cars with the stock style firewall.
