Direct Sheetmetal kits are made from 16 and 18 gauge, cold rolled steel, and are all hand formed in their shop.  Each part has been designed so that the average hot rod enthusiast will be able to install it themself, in their own garage or workshop.  Each kit contains mounting hardware and an easy-to-understand instruction sheet.  If you need additional help, we are always available to walk you through the installation process.  Remember, every car or truck is different, so slight trimming and reshaping of some parts may be necessary to get a correct fit.

This kit replaces the toe boards, transmission tunnel, & transmission tunnel extension in 1935-1940 Ford passenger cars.  This kit works with our recessed firewall & the stock floor pans.  Transmission tunnel is taller for larger transmission swaps.
