Direct Sheetmetal kits are made from 16 and 18 gauge, cold rolled steel, and are all hand formed in their shop.  Each part has been designed so that the average hot rod enthusiast will be able to install it themself, in their own garage or workshop.  Each kit contains mounting hardware and an easy-to-understand instruction sheet.  If you need additional help, we are always available to walk you through the installation process.  Remember, every car or truck is different, so slight trimming and reshaping of some parts may be necessary to get a correct fit.

Direct Sheetmetal Rocker Box Pieces for 1941-1948 Ford Passenger Cars

Pictured is all three pieces of the rocker box for one side of the vehicle.  Each side (passenger & driver) is divided into three pieces.  Please choose which pieces you need when ordering.  Also, please specify whether you are working on a 2 door or 4 door in the notes section at checkout.  (4 door has the short door).
