The clean wipe wiper drive is a true bolt-in replacement for your original equipment vacuum or electric windshield wiper motor.  Each model of the clean wipe wiper drive is designed for the specific year and model of the vehicle.

1935-1936 Chevy Passenger Cars (1935 Master Only) (NE3536CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*  This motor works for all 1936 Chevy passenger cars, but only 1935 Master (not standard).

1937-1938 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE3738CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*

1939 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE3900CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*

1940 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE4000CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  *This motor will not fit with the stock radio box.*

1949-1952 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE4952CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using the stock linkage and transmissions.  The two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.

1953-1954 & 1957 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE5354/57CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.  For 1953-1954 cars, the two speed switch provided will mount in the stock location, but the delay switch will not.  For the 1957 cars, a shaft extension is required for the two speed switch or the delay switch to mount in the stock location and to use the stock wiper knob.

1955-1956 Chevy Passenger Cars (NE5556CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.  A shaft extension is required for the two speed switch or delay switch to mount in the stock location and to use the original wiper knob.

1958 Chevy Passenger Cars (Except Corvette) (NE5800CP):

Motor mounts in the stock location under the dash using linkage and requires stock vacuum wiper transmissions.  The original wiper transmissions used with the factory electric wiper will not work with the New Port Engineering electric motor.

1958-1962 Chevy Corvette Only (NE5862VT):

Motor mounts in the stock location on the firewall in the engine compartment and operates through the OEM cables.  This application requires the use of our shaft extension if you intend to mount the switch in the stock location and use the stock wiper knob and bezel.

1959 & Early 1960 Chevy Passenger Cars (Except Corvette) (NE5900CP):

1965-1969 Chevy Impala and Full Size Cars (NE6569CP):

Now available from New Port Engineering is a newly developed wiper drive kit for your 1965-1969 Chevy passenger car.  The New Port Engineering clean wipe wiper drive is a direct bolt-in motor replacement for the original one speed or two speed motor and hooks up to the stock wiper transmissions.  Our kit features an extra-heavy duty electric motor, wiper drive arm, mounting bracket and hardware, wiring harness, and two speed switch.  This kit is a must have if you are having any clearance issues with the original wiper motor.  Our motor is much smaller than the original and is angled to provide optimal clearance.  The kit is easily upgraded to full delay wipers like your late model car with the addition of our intermittent delay switch.  Other options include a switch shaft extension to allow the switch to use the stock knob and bezel and fit in the stock location.  There is also a remote mount washer pump kit available.  This application requires the use of our shaft extension if you intend to mount the switch in the stock location and use the stock knob and bezel.
